This order form is for former customers of our Glenview store or anyone in Chicago or the north
and northwest suburbs who would like our wonderful fish and gourmet prepared foods delivered
to your door. SELECTION IS MUCH GREATER IF YOU CALL WITH A CREDIT CARD. 630-887-4700.
ORDER DEADLINE: Midnight THREE DAYS PRIOR for on-line orders, 5 pm TWO DAYS BEFORE for phone orders. (If you don't phone until late, we may not have what you need. The earlier you phone, the more likely it is that we can get what you want.).
PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR ORDER:
1) ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY & DATE OF DELIVERY
2) If you are not going to be home, please leave a cooler by your door WITH SOME ICE IN IT, or arrange with a neighbor to accept delivery. Please let us know the arrangement in advance.
3) PHONE NUMBER ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. We may need to contact you if no one is home when we arrive.
If you want to order an item which does not appear on this order form, you must do it by phone with a credit card. Not all items are available by delivery, e.g. in hot weather, live shellfish is prone to die during a long car ride. (We will deliver live lobsters for a lobster boil party where it's a large order ($250+) and our only destination).
Also, frozen items, such as lobster tails and crab legs, as the weights are not exact, also must be ordered by phone.
